This category recognises a PR firm achieving exceptional growth. It celebrates firms that are scaling fast while keeping the quality of their media relations, reputation, campaigns and crisis communications high, and doing it sustainably.
The winner will show strong, well-managed growth in revenue, clients and team, backed by the systems, leadership and client results that make that growth last.
Eligibility
Open to UK-based PR firms trading for at least two years, showing significant growth over the last 12 to 24 months. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both welcome.
Judging criteria
- Entries will be judged on the scale and pace of growth
- How sustainably it has been achieved
- The quality of work maintained while growing
- Investment in people and systems
- The strategy for continued growth

- Strength of growth strategy
- Leadership through rapid change
- Strength of strategy and storytelling
- Quality of media relationships
- Culture maintained while scaling
Metrics
- Year-on-year revenue growth
- Growth in client numbers
- Headcount growth
- Coverage secured and its reach
- Campaign results against objectives
Additional criteria
Submissions should include growth figures for the last two to three years, campaign case studies with results, client testimonials and supporting figures, and a short explanation of what has driven the growth.
