Eligibility

- Must be a citizen or permanent resident in the country of nomination
- Can include entrepreneurs, creatives, academics, professionals, or change-makers
Judging criteria
- Early Impact: Evidence of success or recognition achieved at a young age
- Leadership: Demonstrated initiative, responsibility, or influence
- Originality: Unique approach, thinking, or achievements
- Future Potential: Promise for continued leadership or innovation
Qualitative criteria
- Determination and resilience in overcoming obstacles
- Confidence in voice, vision, and values
- Social or professional influence, such as mentorship or advocacy
- Role model behaviour for peers and the next generation
Metrics
- Projects led or companies founded
- Awards, recognitions, or certifications received
- Growth achieved in business, audience, or community impact

Additional criteria
- Achievements must be within the past 3 years
- Must have a verified track record or recommendation
