Why Sithuki entered

I started Moonflour on 17 May 2026, aged 16, while studying for my GCSEs, and continue to develop the business alongside sixth form. I have built the bakery from an idea into a registered local business, developing my own menu, pricing, online ordering system and food safety knowledge while learning from setbacks and customer feedback. My long-term ambition is to use this experience as the foundation for an affordable-luxury restaurant business.
